Kelly has a keen interest in exotic species and enjoys seeing them in the Practice.
She has 2 pedigree cats called Rupert & Raisen. Despite being posh they are very naughty and mischevious.
Kelly and her husband had their first baby in March 2018. She loves being a mummy and spending quality time with her daughter doing baby related activities on her days off.
Having worked for us back in 2005 as a receptionist, this increased her interest for animal health and care. She left to pursue her veterinary nurse qualification which she gained in 2008. In 2010 Amy also became a fully qualified pet health councillor. She rejoined our team in June 2011.
She is incredibly passionate about nurse clinics particularly our Puppy & Kitten club. Amy also sees many of our animal weight watchers. Her aim is to educate owners about animal health and wellbeing especially at the start of their lives.
When not at work Amy sends her time looking after her own animals. She owns a cat Felix, a dog Murphy and a horse Black Beauty who she occasionally falls off.
Claire has been with the practice since 2007, she assists the vets and nurses and also helps out on reception with various duties.
Claire has a menagerie of animals – cats, chickens, a chinchilla and a very bouncy dog.
She can be found outside of work enjoying the outdoors with Mr Crash a crazy red fox Labrador who lives up to his name. He is very good and gives blood regularly for the pet blood bank.
Also she enjoys caravanning with her fiance and of course Mr Crash goes along too.
